Warranty and Liability

One Year Limited Warranty

Each unit is precision built, tested and inspected before leaving our manufacturing facility.  Every product is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a copy of your receipt.  If any part proves to be defective, this product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.  This warranty shall not apply to any unit that has been altered or serviced by anyone other than Brown Innovations; or any unit that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, or unusual physical or electrical stress. Your sole and exclusive remedy and Brown Innovations sole responsibility will be at Brown Innovations' discretion to either replace or repair the defective unit. 

Liability

Brown Innovations shall not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, including but not limited to damages for any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.  Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, thus the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

All sales are subject to a restocking fee. All sales final 30 days from invoice date. No returns on rentals if ship date is within 30 days.
